Powerco prides itself on being a professional and dynamic company, brimming with talented and driven people. We have 435,000 customers from Coromandel to Wellington and, not only are we New Zealand’s largest electricity and second-largest gas company; we’re also one of only two dual-energy distributors in the country. We are dedicated to our customers: they are, after all, the ones that keep us going.
Our Treasury Administrator supports the Treasury team, and the wider business, by administering Powerco’s day to day banking and treasury operations and we need to find someone to continue to do an awesome job at this while she is away.
You’ll have at least two years’ experience in a senior administrator role and a familiarity with corporate banking. You’re an Excel guru, are highly adaptable when it comes to change, and your exceptional organisational skills will be greatly appreciated here.
At Powerco, work/life balance is important to us. As is the opportunity for our people to work alongside and across all levels of the company – a casual “pow-wow” with any of the General Managers is run-of-the-mill here.
So, what do you say? Here’s your chance to move into a role that offers you the freedom to shape and develop it as you go, within a company that encourages fresh ideas and career growth.
Please read the position description for full responsibilities of this role.
Applications close: Friday 18 March 2022
Our ability to get the best out of people is what sets Powerco apart. We realise that candidates – especially from underrepresented and neurodiverse backgrounds – often won’t apply for roles unless they meet ALL the criteria. We encourage anyone who shares our passion for connecting communities to apply for any role that aligns to your strengths and interests. We will provide a safe space where you can bring your whole self to work and thrive.
