Senior Value Delivery Partner

Full time – permanent or fixed term options available

New Plymouth based

About the role

The Senior Value Delivery Partner role is a new role in our newly established Value Delivery Team – a team focused on delivering solutions that create measurable value for our people and our customers.

As a Senior Value Delivery Partner, you’ll lead the delivery of complex and complicated projects, keeping the work organised, on track, and focused on delivery outcomes.

To successfully carry out this role you’ll need

  • To be able to navigate the complexities of projects and deliver results.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver results.
  • To be skilled in change management, risk management, and conflict resolution.
  • A toolbox of delivery tools including traditional and Agile project management.
  • At least five years’ experience as a Project Manager with a proven record of delivering.
  • Experience managing vendors and professional service contracts.
