About the role

Reporting to the Business Partner Team Lead, this role partners with, engages and influences across different business units, in particular Business Development. Partnering with the business is key to this role.

As a Finance Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights, driving strategic decision-making, and fostering collaboration across the business. You will work alongside key stakeholders across Powerco to provide expert financial advice, ensure high-quality financial reporting, and drive business improvements.

There is lots to be done, both BAU and exciting projects. So for an accountant like you, now is a golden opportunity to make your mark on Powerco.

To be a success in this role, you will need:

• Ability to engage and quickly establish and maintain strong working relationships across the business
• Exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail
•  Demonstrated experience and passion for continuous improvement
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence
•  Outstanding organisational skills, with the aptitude to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team environment
• Hands on experience with SAP or similar ERP system
• A CA or equivalent qualification

It would be ideal if you have:
