About the role

Working with the Head of Risk, this role will join our Corporate Services team to embed Powerco’s reinvigorated enterprise-wide risk management framework, ensuring our risk systems are fit for purpose to support the organisation’s strategic shift.

The difference you’ll make:

• Driving a culture of innovation and growth by providing a risk framework that responds to our changing environment
• Working closely with senior leaders to understand, identify and take on more commercial risk
• Providing focused and appropriate reporting to promote organisational alignment and rapid identification of emerging risks
• Co-ordinating and developing Powerco’s business continuity framework to improve organisational resilience
• Overseeing Powerco’s insurance portfolio to ensure covers meet changing organisational needs and are responsive to market products and conditions.

Skills & Experience

We’d be stoked if you have:

• Deep experience implementing innovate enterprise-wide risk management frameworks in rapidly changing environments
• Passion for building relationships, partnering with the business and engaging them to take greater ownership of risk management
• Ability to lead discussions across the organisation and to provide focused advice and education on all aspects of Powerco’s enterprise risk management framework.
