About the role
In this role, you’ll lead a team of Specialists within the Customer Hub who will be known for delivering brilliant customer experiences everyday through a range of channels (calls, emails and web enquiries etc) focusing on customer queries and applications relating to Electricity Connections. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver contracts and support our wider teams on specialised projects that drive our business forward whilst adding your own flare of course.

Skills & Experience
To successfully carry out the role, you will need:
- Proven leadership and track record of building high performing engaged teams from scratch who are people and customer focused.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective operating rhythms and work practices to achieve key deliverables on time.
- To be able to confidently lead, guide and support a team spread across multiple locations.
- A natural ability to build and nurture effective and positive working relationships to enhance the people and customer experience.
- To demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong focus on future opportunities and continuous improvement.
