Executive Assistant

Wellington

If you’re happiest being the right hand for a purpose-led Chief Executive, this role might just be for you.

About the role

This role is responsible for enabling our fantastic CEO to operate at his best. From optimising schedules, filtering out distractions, top-notch diary management and prepping material in advance, this role is focused on making the best use of the CE’s time, creating space for him to focus on high-impact work.

You are a true jack of all trades – project manager, team leader, budget analyst, data scientist, social media manager, IT coordinator, and technical assistant. In between all of that, you are someone who can quickly forge trusted relationships with key stakeholders and make the right things happen. You’ll be an oasis of calm when managing multiple priorities, you’ll be thinking a few steps ahead, planning for every contingency, and bring plenty of fun and joy to the office. You’ll partner with the CE as a true peer and have the grounded confidence to give him the feedback that he needs.

Skills & Experience

It’s not the be all and end all, but we’d be keen to have a kōrero if you:

  • Have experience building internal and external networks
  • Have strong technical EA skills, and a proven performer in this specialist role
  • Are a self-sufficient operator who can confidently get on with things
  • Have high emotional intelligence, including the ability to read the mood of a room
  • Have a knack for anticipating what is needed

Our investment in you:

  • As much development as you can handle, with plenty of autonomy and a purpose-led CEO
  • Work/life balance – with give and take flexibility
  • Working with a future-focused, customer-led, and passionate team

Applications close: Sunday 15 May 2022
