Who We Are

Plena Healthcare is a national allied health provider with over 20 years of experience in Aged Care and Community services. Our passionate clinicians put clients at the heart of everything we do, guided by our values of energy, integrity, care, and connection.

Now proudly part of Australian Unity, a member-owned wellbeing company with a 180-year history, we’re expanding opportunities for our people and amplifying the positive impact we make in our communities.

The Opportunity

As an Occupational Therapist working across Community and Residential Aged Care, you’ll join a large, supportive multidisciplinary team that thrives on collaboration and innovation. This isn’t “business as usual” - you’ll be part of a fresh, forward-thinking approach to allied health services, delivering personalised treatments that truly change lives.

You’ll work with clients referred through government-funded programs such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, along with privately funded services. Unlike many providers, we set achievable KPIs that support balance and quality care - ask us about it!

Your role will include comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support:

  • Activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers
  • Falls risk and prevention
  • Equipment prescription
  • Pressure area and skin integrity management
  • Arthritic joint and pain management

This is your chance to make a real difference in people’s lives every day and do it as part of a team that has your back.

Why Join Plena?

We know that for you to care for others, you need to feel supported yourself. That’s why at Plena we prioritise genuine work-life balance, flexibility, and a culture of connection.
