As an Application Support Officer, you’ll provide technical and functional support across our key business systems, troubleshoot user issues, assist with system administration tasks, maintain documentation, and contribute to improvement initiatives. About the Role

We are seeking a capable, customer‑focused Application Support Officer to join our team on a 6‑month contract working on a part‑time basis. With our head office located in Norwood (South Australia), this role can be hybrid for candidates based in SA.

To succeed, you will bring:

  • 3–4+ years' experience in application support, service desk, or a similar IT support role
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting software issues, incident management, and user support
  • Experience supporting a range of business applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Confidence in providing clear guidance and support to users across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, IT documentation practices, and basic system administration
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to balance reactive support with improvement‑focused work
  • A commitment to delivering high‑quality support and alignment with our organisational values
