Your Opportunity:

As an Allied Health Assistant working in Residential Aged Care, you’ll play a vital role in supporting older people to stay active, independent, and connected to their communities. Guided by our clinicians and through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway, you’ll help deliver reablement-focused programs that make a real difference in residents’ lives.

You’ll be involved in a range of areas, including:

  • Supporting mobility and functional programs
  • Assisting with restorative therapy
  • Facilitating falls prevention and active ageing group sessions
  • Assisting with pressure care and pain management plans
  • Collaborating with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff to deliver resident-centred support

Whether you’re helping with one-on-one therapy programs or encouraging residents in group activities, your work will be purpose-driven and deeply rewarding.

We’re looking for:

  • Qualified Allied Health Assistants (Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent experience).
  • Current Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy students seeking hands-on experience in aged care are encouraged to apply.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check.
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within a dedicated region.
