Plena Healthcare is one of Australia’s largest mobile allied health providers, delivering Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Dietetics and Speech Pathology services across Residential and Community Aged Care.
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and results-oriented business development leader to drive our next phase of growth across the Residential Aged Care sector. Reporting to the EGM Allied Health, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and enhancing value designing strategy and converting opportunities into measurable outcomes.
About the Role
Leading business development across the RAC sector, you will identify new markets, strengthen partnerships and secure long term commercial opportunities. This includes managing the full business development lifecycle: prospecting, tendering, negotiation and onboarding. You will develop strong commercial offers, support contract renewals, maintain key relationships and manage pipeline and revenue forecasting. You will work closely with marketing, clinical teams and senior leaders to ensure smooth transition of new contracts and support continuous improvement. Your work will grow and diversify our client base and elevate Plena’s industry presence.
About you
You are a commercially minded leader with exceptional relationship building and communication skills. You move confidently between strategy and hands on execution, influencing stakeholders across RAC providers, government agencies and internal teams. You bring strong business acumen, a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and the ability to turn strategy into real growth. Fast paced environments energise you, and you are motivated by delivering meaningful results.
