About the Opportunity

Plena Healthcare is seeking passionate and qualified Physiotherapists to join our growing team in Residential Aged Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative service model that puts resident wellbeing and therapist support at the heart of care.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver personalised treatments through the award-winning Plena Care Pathway – recipient of the 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence. This evidence-based approach supports client goals through one-on-one therapy, group programs, care plan reviews, and mobility interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and skin integrity care.
  • Deliver both individual and group-based therapy sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with facility staff and within your professional scope.
  • Contribute to ongoing innovation and high-quality clinical outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
  • Passion for aged care and person-centred therapy
