Your Opportunity

Join Plena Healthcare as an Allied Health Assistant and make a real impact in Aged Care. Work alongside Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to deliver meaningful, evidence-based care that helps residents stay active, independent, and engaged.

As part of our award-winning Plena Care Pathway, you’ll support personalised therapy programs through hands-on clinical work and key admin tasks. Your day may include assisting with mobility and functional activities, running group exercise programs, supporting one-on-one sessions, and helping keep the therapy gym organised and safe.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with therapy sessions and resident support based on therapist treatment plans
• Run group and individual exercise programs
• Set up, pack down, and maintain the therapy gym and equipment
• Help with referrals, documentation, and general admin tasks
• Transport residents to and from the therapy gym or appointments
• Order prescribed equipment and support care-plan follow-ups
• Collaborate with therapists to adjust or progress programs as needed
