The Opportunity:
As a Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for rostering Allied Health services for consumers living in Residential Aged Care Facilities and in the Community. You will be responsible for:
- Creating well planned and optimised rosters for clinicians within Plena Healthcare, ensuring that service delivery requirements have been achieved.
- Arranging initial assessments with new consumers after they send through a referral. This also requires confirming consumer details, funding, and initial service dates.
- Arranging ongoing appointments based on the recommendations of the clinician and the approval of the client or case manager.
- Answering general enquiries, cancellations or rescheduling requests via a shared phoneline and group email alongside other Rostering Coordinators.
- Supporting the review and assessment of the Plena Healthcare workforce and raising clinical job requisitions when needed.
- Analysing clinician availability and offering workforce resourcing commentary for National Modality Management and your line management
- Processing planned and unplanned leave requests whilst ensuring adequate service delivery is maintained.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks.
- A positive and collaborative attitude.
- Previous experience in a similar role within rostering and or administration would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Allied Health would be advantageous.
Additionally, you will require:
- NDIS workers screening
- National Police clearance
- Right to work evidence
