Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a casual Speech Pathologist (graduate or experienced) to join our vibrant and supportive team of mobile clinicians, servicing the Central Coast region.

This is your chance to provide dysphagia and communication assessment/intervention to adults living in residential aged care facilities.

Whether you're looking to kick-start your career or grow it further, we’ll support you with internal supervision, external workshops, and $500 per year in professional development allowance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide mobile services to adults with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s, post-stroke, progressive neurological disorders, and age-related decline
• Assess and manage swallowing and communication needs
• Deliver services face-to-face and via telehealth
• Liaise with a close-knit national team and local support networks
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and coordinators to ensure the best care
• Manage your own caseload with full flexibility

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Speech Pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• A passion for adult care and commitment to making a difference
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Strong communication and organisational skills
