With a growing number of community referrals under the Support At Home Program, we’re expanding our team and are looking for a compassionate Community Physiotherapist who enjoys supporting people to improve their mobility, independence, and quality of life.

This role is ideal for someone who values connection, empathy, and meaningful work. You’ll be working with individuals in the community, building strong therapeutic relationships, and supporting people to reach goals that matter to them within a supportive, values-driven team.

About the Role

As a Community Physiotherapist under the Support At Home Program, you’ll deliver person-centred physiotherapy services in community settings, supporting clients with a wide range of physical needs. You’ll work closely with clients, families, carers, and other health professionals to develop practical, goal-focused therapy plans. Your work will be supported through professional supervision and a team culture that values collaboration, care, and respect.

About You

You’re warm, approachable, and passionate about helping others move and live well. You hold a relevant qualification in Physiotherapy and are eligible for registration. You’re comfortable working independently in the community while also valuing teamwork and shared learning. Experience in community or aged care is highly regarded, but we also welcome physiotherapists who are keen to grow their skills in this space. You will have full working rights in Australia or eligible for employer sponsorship and will hold relevant clearances to perform the role. A vehicle and drivers license will be essential.
