Your Opportunity:

As a qualified Physiotherapist working in a community setting, you will be joining a large and collaborative multidisciplinary team providing personalised treatments.

In this role you will be managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions which affect movement, function, and independence. Our physiotherapists are passionate about providing the best care that support positive health and wellbeing outcomes for consumer.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • The clients you will seeing in the community are referred through the following government funded models, Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Private. We are not your typical community provider, we set achievable billable KPIs (ask us more) and don’t work within the NDIS


  • Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management


  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and community-based providers to work within the scope of the Physiotherapy profession.
