Your role:

• Lead and optimise rostering for community-based clinicians across multiple regions
• Analyse workforce data to forecast demand and enhance service delivery
• Drive high utilisation through proactive planning and process improvement
• Oversee workforce management systems to ensure accuracy and insight-driven reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on KPIs and business objectives
• Champion continuous improvement and foster growth within your team

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience managing a mobile or field-based workforce with complex rostering needs
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability (Power BI or WFM systems a plus)
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
