Your Opportunity

We’re looking for passionate Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering personalised therapy services to residents in Residential Aged Care.

As part of Plena Healthcare, you’ll be involved in an award winning approach to allied health—our Plena Care Pathway, recognised with the 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence. This model empowers you to design therapy programs tailored to resident goals and priorities, supporting both one-on-one and group-based active ageing services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support mobility, daily living, falls prevention, equipment needs, and more.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy interventions, pain management, and care plan reviews.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve resident-centred outcomes.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and work within the scope of your clinical practice.

What You’ll Need to Join the Team:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
