About the Role

We are looking for a capable and people-focused People & Culture Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month maternity cover contract, on a part time basis. With a corporate office located in Norwood (South Australia), this role is offered as either fully remote or as hybrid (if the successful candidate is in SA)

This role would suit either a senior HR advisor, or an experienced P&C Business Partner looking for a meaningful, hands-on role in a supportive and improvement-focused environment. With a part time requirement of 20-24 hours per week, this role presents an excellent opportunity to achieve work/life balance with the rostered days and hours negotiable with the successful candidate. If you are looking for a HR role that can work around school hours, or other life requirements, this is the opportunity for you.

You’ll contribute to engagement, succession planning, workforce planning, and improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with a strong focus on leadership support and continuous improvement.

To succeed, you will bring:

• 3-4+ years in a HRBP or senior HR advisor role

• Strong experience in ER, investigations, and award interpretation (SCHADS and/or HPSS desirable)

• Confidence coaching and supporting leaders across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery

• A strong sense of purpose and alignment to our values

Why Join Us?

• Fully Remote or Hybrid working with onsite parking

• Work alongside a knowledgeable, supportive, and caring team

• Real opportunity to make your mark and lead meaningful change

• Be part of a values-led organisation backed by Australian Unity
