The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Physiotherapist who wants variety, purpose, and the chance to make a real difference. In this role, you’ll work within Residential Aged Care delivering personalised, evidence‑based programs including:

  • Mobility and functional reablement
  • Care plan reviews
  • One‑to‑one interventions
  • Group‑based active ageing programs

And with Plena expanding rapidly in Community Aged Care, you’ll have the opportunity to work across both RAC and community settings, giving you a diverse and rewarding caseload.

About You

You’re someone who brings energy, empathy, and professionalism to everything you do. You enjoy working collaboratively, solving problems, and building trusted relationships with residents, families, facility staff and your colleagues. You understand the important role you play as a representative of Plena Healthcare in the community.

To be considered, you’ll need:

  • General AHPRA registration
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Sponsorship support is available for the right candidate
