This innovative model empowers you to create tailored therapy programs aligned with resident goals, combining one-on-one support with group-based active ageing services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support mobility, daily living, falls prevention, equipment needs, and more.
- Deliver hands-on therapy interventions, pain management, and care plan reviews.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve resident-centred outcomes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and work within the scope of your clinical practice.

What You’ll Need to Join the Team:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian working rights
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
