Construction Supervisor - Completed Homes

Plantation Homes is a volume-building company like no other and we mean it. This role is ideal for Construction Supervisors who enjoy finishing homes properly and wants to focus purely on construction.

As part of our Completed Homes team, you will manage residential builds with no customer interaction, allowing you to concentrate on trades, defects and presentation.

If you take pride in delivering homes to a high standard, this is a genuinely rewarding role.

What you will be doing

• Supervising new builds from site cut to final handover
• Managing trades, defect rectification and finishes
• Ensuring quality standards are met consistently
• Coordinating timelines and close‑out works
• Working with internal teams to finalise builds efficiently

What we are looking for

• Experience supervising residential builds
• Strong eye for detail and quality finishes
• Confident trade coordination skills
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, or evidence your application has been submitted
• Professional, organised and reliable approach
