We are excited about the opportunity to welcome 2 new Customer Service Administrators aka Project Planners to the Plantation Homes team at our office in Springwood.

Join Our Project Planning Team
We have two exciting opportunities within our Project Planning team, each playing a vital role in supporting the customer journey from pre-site through to key handover. Both positions suit individuals who thrive in a structured environment, enjoy working collaboratively, and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
Role 1: Pre-Site Coordinator - Experienced industry experience required
- Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Focus: Manage administrative functions during the pre-site phase, ensuring smooth preparation and coordination before construction begins.
Role 2: On-Site Coordinator - Full training provided
- Employment Type: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Focus: Oversee administrative processes from site cut through to key handover, supporting operational efficiency during the build phase.
Both roles offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment where attention to detail and customer service excellence are key.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the building process with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinating weekly workflows and managing certification across various stages of the build
- Preparing variations, permits and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely project progression
- Supporting internal teams by streamlining administrative processes and maintaining clear communication channels

You are organised, adaptable, and have a natural ability to build rapport.
