About the role

As an Interior Design & Electrical Stylist, you will play a meaningful role in our customers’ home building journey, helping them translate ideas, inspiration and Pinterest boards into well considered design selections.

Based in our Springwood design studio, you will work closely with customers to guide them through colour selections, finishes, electrical styling and design choices that bring their new home to life. This is a hands-on, customer focused role where no two days look the same.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with occasional Saturday appointments to support customer needs.

• Guiding customers through interior and electrical design selections
• Translating customer preferences into practical, cohesive design outcomes
• Providing clear advice on colour schemes, finishes and styling options
• Managing appointments, documentation and selections with strong attention to detail
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Delivering a warm, confident and professional service from start to finish

About you

You are an aspiring or early-career Interior Design professional with a genuine interest in residential building, colour selection and customer experience.

You bring a strong eye for detail, confidence in working with customers, and the ability to balance creativity with structure and administration. Qualifications in Interior Design are highly regarded, but equally important is your ability to connect with people and guide them through important decisions with clarity and care.
