Receptionist

About the Role:

As our Receptionist, you will be joining our passionate, driven and growing Design Studio team in our beautiful Springwood design studio.

This opportunity is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm, with occasional Saturdays required, and will play a pivotal part in providing our customers with excellent advice and customer service.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Providing efficient and timely phone and in-person service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure product displays are neatly presented at all times.
• Update customer database as required.
• Be the friendly face of our company to meet and greet our valued customers.

Our Receptionist position acts as a pathway into an Interior Design Stylist role and is perfect if you're looking to kick-start your career in the industry!

About You:

With a genuine interest in helping our customers build their dream home, you love working in a team and providing outstanding service! You’re confident and personable on the phone, build rapport quickly in face to face interactions, and are always looking for ways to make everyday interactions memorable!
