Our growth continues, and due to an internal promotion, we are searching for a People and Culture Business Partner specialising in HRIS implementation and L&D to join our National P&C Team.

What you will be doing:
- Lead key initiatives, beginning with HRIS implementation and optimisation
- Improve processes, automate workflows, strengthen compliance, and support the delivery of effective HR technology
- Deliver our learning strategy by coordinating and supporting capability‑building programmes
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce priorities and align learning with talent and development needs
- Use data and feedback to measure impact and improve outcomes
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, L&D or a related discipline
- At least four years of generalist HR experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capability
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Clear communication and analytical strength
- Understanding of Fair Work legislation and awards
- A genuine interest in both L&D and project delivery, with a fresh approach to improvement
