About the Role

You’ll manage multiple residential construction sites from site start through to handover, coordinating trades, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the build process.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Manage multiple job sites simultaneously
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain build schedules
• Provide regular updates and communication to clients
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Drive timely project delivery and uphold high standards of workmanship

What You’ll Need

• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or be willing to get one)
• Proven experience in volume home building or residential construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
