About the role

As part of our National Business Estimating team, you will prepare accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities across our home ranges in QLD, VIC, SA & NSW. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, contributing to business projects and initiatives that support ongoing improvement.

You will build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, including our senior leaders. Collaboration is part of our DNA, and you will be surrounded by people who share knowledge, help each other and take pride in the work we deliver across Plantation Homes and Henley.

What you will be doing

• Producing accurate Bills of Quantities and cost estimates for QLD, NSW, SA & VIC
• Reviewing plans, engineering and specifications to determine materials and quantities
• Preparing and maintaining retail pricing for price files
• Supporting new product development and business improvement initiatives
• Working with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve queries
• Ensuring estimating data remains consistent and precise across all projects

About you

You enjoy the detail and understand how homes are built. You are organised, methodical and take pride in producing work that others rely on. Ideally, you bring:

• Production Estimating or Bill of Materials experience
• Strong understanding of residential construction
• Knowledge of legislative and compliance requirements
• Confidence with estimating systems and manual take offs
• A structured and accurate approach to your work
