At Plantation Homes, we know that the journey doesn’t end at handover—it’s just the beginning. As a Home Assurance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers after they’ve moved into their new home, ensuring their experience remains smooth, supported, and stress-free.
About the Role
Sitting within our Warranty and Home Assurance team, this role focuses on the critical post-handover phase of the building journey—from 3 weeks to 12 months after completion. You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling QA inspections and warranty jobs
- Managing pre-warranty and 12-month maintenance administration
- Supporting our Home Assurance Inspectors with job allocation and follow-ups
- Liaising with customers, trades, and internal teams
- Coordinating display home and office maintenance programs
This is a dynamic role that blends customer service, administration, and coordination—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About You
You’re someone who enjoys being part of a customer’s new home journey and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You bring a positive, proactive attitude to each day and are confident working both independently and as part of a team.
You also have:
- Strong administration and customer service experience
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication abilities
- Confidence in multi-tasking and job coordination
- Experience in high-volume environments (construction experience is a bonus, but not essential!)
- The ability to remain calm under pressure, with strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills – you’re confident navigating sensitive conversations and turning challenging situations into positive outcomes
