About the Role

As a Home Assurance Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers after they’ve moved into their new home. You’ll ensure their experience remains smooth, supported, and stress-free during the critical post-handover phase (3 weeks to 12 months after completion).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling QA inspections and warranty jobs
  • Managing pre-warranty and 12-month maintenance administration
  • Supporting Home Assurance Inspectors with job allocation and follow-ups
  • Liaising with customers, trades, and internal teams
  • Coordinating display home and office maintenance programs

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that blends customer service, administration, and coordination.

You’re a proactive, organised individual who thrives on helping others and solving problems. You enjoy being part of a customer’s new home journey and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong administration and customer service experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in multitasking and coordinating jobs
  • Experience in high-volume environments (construction experience is a bonus!)
  • Calmness under pressure and strong conflict resolution skills
