We are looking for an experienced Production Draftsperson to join our Springwood office. This is a role for someone who enjoys precision, collaboration and seeing their work directly influence how families live every day.

You will be supported by experienced leaders, smart processes and a business that is committed to long term careers, not short term fixes.

What you will be doing

• Preparing accurate production drawings including sitings, floor plans, elevations and slab layouts
• Producing detailed cabinetry, steel and façade drawings using our customised ArchiCAD system
• Working closely with construction, estimating, design and operations teams
• Ensuring drawings meet local authority requirements, NCC and company standards
• Managing changes efficiently while maintaining quality and buildability

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Production Draftsperson within residential or project homes
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and apply standards consistently
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across the build lifecycle
• A practical, solutions focused approach to resolving design and documentation issues
• Strong time management skills and comfort working to construction driven deadlines
