Construction Supervisor - West

Are you an experienced, licensed Site Supervisor who is quality driven, organised, and looking for clarity, support, and less friction in their day to day role?

About the Role:

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential construction sites from site start through to handover. You’ll coordinate trades, ensure site safety, maintain build quality, and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Manage multiple job sites simultaneously
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain build schedules
• Provide regular updates and communication to clients
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Drive timely project delivery and uphold high standards of workmanship

Requirements:

• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
• Proven experience in volume home building or residential construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
