Construction Supervisor - Gold Coast

We’re seeking a qualified Construction Supervisor to manage volume residential builds across the booming Northern Gold Coast corridor.

Your Role

• Oversee multiple detached housing projects from site cut to handover
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and site progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams

What You Bring

• Proven experience in volume residential construction
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – required
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction – required
• Strong leadership and time management skills
• White Card and valid Driver’s Licence
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
