What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate working drawings including sitings, floor plans, elevations, and slab layouts
• Use a customised version of ArchiCAD for detailed cabinetry, steel, and façade drawings
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the construction lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations

About You

• Experienced in residential construction and project homes
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in problem-solving
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
• Passionate about delivering quality and customer satisfaction
