Construction Supervisor, Townhomes

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Supervisor to lead townhome projects across the Greenbank & Springfield areas. This role is ideal for someone with a strong trade background who can bring their own trusted team of trades to deliver high-quality builds efficiently and professionally.

About the role:

• Manage day-to-day site operations across townhome developments.
• Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure builds meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with WHS and building codes.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has proven experience supervising townhome or multi-residential construction.
• Has a strong understanding of construction plans, scheduling, and site safety.
• You have a network of trusted trades experienced in medium density builds, to bring with you.
• You hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license.
• You possess a current, clean driver's license.
• You're a safety champion. Ensuring a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors.
• You're a strong communicator with the ability to build trust with all stakeholders, including team members, customers, and trades.
