 Join a vibrant team where passion meets purpose and fast-track your property career. We’re seeking a confident, customer-focussed Casual Digital Sales Assistant to support our high-performing Consultants across our Gold Coast display homes Saturday to Monday, 9:45am–5:15pm.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and engage visitors in our award-winning display homes, creating a warm and professional first impression.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them through a seamless, enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain immaculate presentation of the display homes and ensure product information is current and compelling.
  • Respond to digital leads via phone call, email, SMS, and online platforms with timely, professional follow-up.
  • Cleanse and manage CRM data, ensuring customer records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Nurture customer relationships through consistent communication and tailored follow-ups.
  • Support Sales Consultants with administrative tasks and lead management, gaining hands-on industry experience.
  • Track and report lead activity, helping the team optimise conversion strategies.

What You Bring:

  • A genuine interest in property and helping people find their dream home.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and digitally (email, phone, SMS).
  • Confidence using digital tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and lead management platforms.
  • A proactive, team-first attitude with a passion for learning and achieving goals.
  • Basic understanding of the residential construction process or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savviness and comfort navigating online platforms and mobile apps.
