What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a high volume of recruitment across diverse departments, covering both technical and non-technical roles
  • Partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent
  • Crafting job ads that make people stop scrolling (like this one)
  • Leading and contributing to projects and process improvements
  • Bringing admin excellence - from systems to scheduling, you’ll be across the detail
