About the role:

As a Marketing Specialist - Local Area Marketing (9-month fixed term), you'll play a key role in driving the success of our display homes across Queensland. You'll create and implement marketing strategies that captivate potential customers, collaborating with our sales and marketing teams and external partners to deliver standout local campaigns and activation's.

You'll bring our brand to life with creative, engaging content to ensure our displays are equipped with eye-catching material and signage, and keep our website fresh with all the latest updates.

About you:

As a results-driven individual, with strong marketing skills and a creative mindset, you'll bring the following experience and key qualities to the role:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the residential construction or property industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Be a strong communicator, with the ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment, while maintaining a key eye for detail.
  • A combination of creative and analytical thinking, using data and insights to inform marketing decisions and evaluate outcomes.
  • A proactive approach, can-do attitude and the ability to think outside of the box
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems.
  • A valid driver's license and a readiness to travel to various display locations as needed.
