The opportunity: 

We are seeking a REVIT & AutoCAD Technician to join our Drafting & Design team in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute major infrastructure projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and learn directly from experienced engineers.

Whether you're relatively early on in your drafting career or bring years of experience, we're committed to supporting your growth. You'll receive mentoring, hands on training, and ongoing development to help you build and refine your drafting skills.

What you do:

  • Technical Drafting: Apply engineering design fundamentals to produce technical drawings using REVIT & AutoCAD. 
  • Collaboration: Liaise with engineering and design teams to deliver practical, high-quality solutions. 
  • Project Contribution: Support the delivery of major infrastructure projects, including bridge and structural drafting, while learning to design in a range of materials. 
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold documentation standards and apply necessary revisions to maintain quality outcomes. 
  • Professional Development: Ongoing support to develop recognised technical skills and progress toward certification

What You Bring: 

  • REVIT Expertise: Knowledge and experience using REVIT & AutoCAD for technical drafting and design. 
  • Infrastructure Experience: Experience in technical drawing and drafting for infrastructure projects. 
  • Time Management: Ability to deliver projects within short timeframes while maintaining quality. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and communicate technical information effectively. 
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address defined problems using established procedures and actively seek guidance when required. 
  • Growth Mindset: Willing to step outside comfort zone and embrace new challenges 
  • Flexible and adaptable: You embrace change and continuous improvement
