The opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Major Projects Leader with extensive experience in major infrastructure to take on a national leadership role where you will have the freedom and influence to play a pivotal role in the growth of our business. This role can be located in Melbourne or Sydney.
Your role will include the following:
- Hands on involvement in large projects delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients
- Leading positioning efforts with contractors and government clients nationally
- Delivering projects by providing project directorship, governance, and oversight to deliver projects profitably while growing relationships with clients
- Continuous improvement, seeking out opportunities to implement best practice into project delivery across pitt&sherry’s project portfolio
- Be a mentor and coach, sharing your knowledge to continually upskill our project teams.
- Leverage existing relationships within the market to attract talent and grow the business
- Expanding your network through attending events with peer organisations and clients
What you bring:
- Your leadership skills, knowledge and experience to cultivate a culture of high-performance across our project teams and the business
- You can balance delivering projects and positioning for work
- A leader who is not afraid to ‘role up their sleeves’ and do what it takes to achieve business outcomes
- Extensive and recent experience in Major Infrastructure Projects
- Experience in winning and delivering major projects with contractors and government clients
