The Opportunity
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll manage a diverse client portfolio across tax and business services while mentoring junior staff and building strong client relationships.
A key part of this role is working collaboratively with the Philippines-based Manager and offshore team to help drive workflow, communication and client outcomes.
You’ll gain exposure to advisory work, complex client structures and genuine progression opportunities within a growing firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns for business entities and individuals
- SMSF compliance and reporting
- BAS, tax planning and advisory support
- Managing ATO and client correspondence
- Reviewing offshore team work and mentoring junior staff
- Supporting process improvement and technology initiatives
About You
- CA qualified
- 5+ years Business Services / Tax experience
- Strong Australian tax technical knowledge
- SMSF experience
- Strong client communication skills
- Experience reviewing work and managing workflow
- Ability to work collaboratively with offshore teams
- Interest in advisory, technology and process improvement
