The Opportunity

As the Administration Officer, you'll be a central point of coordination across client services, administration and business operations, helping ensure clients receive the high level of service the firm is known for.

You'll assist with a broad range of responsibilities including client communications, onboarding and engagement administration, document management, workflow coordination and general business support.

No two days will be the same. One day you may be assisting with client documentation and service coordination, while the next you'll be supporting practice administration, managing client information and helping keep workflow processes running smoothly.

About You

We're looking for an organised and proactive administration professional who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in an administration, client services or office support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • A professional and client-focused mindset

Experience working within a public practice accounting firm or professional services environment will be highly regarded.
