Our client is a forward-thinking progressive, fast-growing boutique restructuring, recovery, insolvency, and advisory practice that operates throughout Australia.

As a result of significant growth, they now have a role for a junior accountant seeking a role in insolvency.

No two days will be the same in this fast-paced role which will include a diverse range of duties, including client facing.

This is an outstanding role for a go getter with the right attitude and attributes who is looking for an opportunity to utilise and develop their skills with a company who can offer a long-term future.

You will have great mentors and be part of a growing close-knit team and full training will be provided.

 Skills and Experience:

  • Public Practice or Commercial Accounting experience
  • Relevant Accounting qualifications
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong administration skills and exceptional attention to detail and have advanced computer skills
  • Is motivated by being challenged and driven to exceed expectations
  • Is passionate about people and goes above and beyond to provide a good client experience
  • Possesses initiative and the ability to work flexibly within a team
  • Demonstrated experience working in a public accounting practice or professional services sector would be viewed favourably
  • A thinker that will contribute ideas to implementing efficiencies
  • Strong team player who is eager to learn new tasks, systems, processes, and software
