Landscape Site Foreman

Join our down-to-earth and welcoming team. As a key member of our crew you will make a real difference by building awesome playgrounds and parklands for our local councils. You will be working in the NorthWestern Suburbs!

We're looking for a Site Foreman who's not afraid to get their hands dirty (figuratively, a hard hat is required). You'll be the on-site general, overseeing every stage of construction and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and most importantly, safely!

Here's what you'll conquer:

1. Leading your crew to victory: Motivate and direct your team, ensuring everyone's on the same page (and following safety protocols!).
2. Quality that speaks for itself: Oversee construction, maintaining the highest standards and eliminating rework headaches.
3. Safety first, always: Enforce a safe work environment – think hard hats, toolbox meetings, and a zero-tolerance policy for shortcuts.
4. Keeping the project on track: Manage budgets, timelines, and contracts, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

You've got the right tools for the job if you have:

• A trade certificate or 3+ years' experience in landscape/horticulture
• A Victorian driver's license (because getting around is key)
• A construction induction card (safety first, remember?)
• Leadership skills that inspire your crew
• A commitment to quality that would make Michelangelo proud

• Traffic management certificates (think cones and detours!)
