We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a growing team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will provide essential support to the strata management team, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier service for their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to strata managers
- Respond to enquiries from owners, residents, and contractors in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for strata schemes
- Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and compliance documents
- Coordinate service providers and contractors to ensure efficient property maintenance
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders
- Manage a small portfolio (approx. 150 lots)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a strata assistant role (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive, customer-focused, and enthusiastic approach
- Knowledge of strata regulations and compliance requirements
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence (mandatory)
