Strata Manager

Pinstripe Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Strata Manager—or a Property Manager ready to take the next step in their career—for a fantastic opportunity based in Gosford.

Our client is expanding due to continued growth and is looking for a capable, confident individual to join their professional team. You’ll be managing a diverse and growing portfolio of schemes spanning from The Central Coast and Lower Hunter.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of a residential/commercial strata portfolio
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence
• Maintain strata rolls and up-to-date building records
• Liaise with owners, committees, and contractors
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and supplier relationships
• Prepare budgets and manage financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Strata Managers capable of independently managing a portfolio
• Property Managers with strong admin and communication skills, seeking to transition into strata

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in strata or residential property management
• Relevant industry certifications or licensing
• A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
• Confident verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with strata or property management software systems
