You must have
- 5+ years’ agency recruitment experience with end-to-end delivery.
- Well connected with existing networks you can leverage — a natural networker who thrives on building relationships.
- Entrepreneurial flair — excited by the idea of working alongside the Director to grow the business and eventually step into ownership.
- Ambition — perfect for someone who has always dreamed of running their own desk and building their own business.
- Advanced data management skills — you value building and nurturing deep talent pools.
- Strong tech capability — you embrace new tools, learn quickly, and work comfortably across ATS/CRM, sourcing extensions, automations, spreadsheets, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Natural consultative style — you listen, advise, and build trusted client partnerships.
- Commercial confidence — comfortable discussing engagement models, retained/part-retained solutions and long-term value (not a transactional volume model).
What you’ll do
- Drive your own business development, guided by Pinstripe’s assets and mentoring.
- Take job briefs, write compelling ads, and deliver proactive sourcing & market-mapping.
- Screen and interview, manage shortlists, coordinate the process, and close offers/counter-offers.
- Keep your database immaculate and pipelines warm using data-led routines and automation.
- Provide genuine post-placement service and nurture relationships for repeat/referral work.
