We’re currently seeking an experienced Property Manager who enjoys working in a supportive, close-knit team and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
As a key member of the property management department, you’ll oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio of approx. 120 properties, all located within a short radius of the office. You’ll be backed by an experienced Department Manager and Leasing Consultant, allowing you to focus on what you do best—building relationships and managing properties with care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinate maintenance (routine, emergency, and preventative)
- Manage rental arrears and communicate with tenants
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades
- Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice standards
- Represent clients at NCAT hearings when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
- Strong admin, time management, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine commitment to customer service
- Excellent communication and professional presentation
- Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player

What You’ll Need:
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A reliable car and valid driver’s licence
