Senior / Supervisor Business Services Accountant – Client-Facing Role | Newcastle & Hunter Region

🚀 Your Role Will Include:

• Managing a portfolio of SME, Partnerships, Companies, SMSF'S and individual clients
• Reviewing compliance work (tax returns, BAS, financial statements)
• Delivering tax planning, structuring, and business advisory services
• Mentoring junior and intermediate accountants
• Building trusted relationships and being the key point of contact for clients
• Liaising with the ATO and external stakeholders

✅ We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years’ experience in Australian public practice
• CA/CPA qualified or near completion
• Strong technical background in tax and compliance
• Proven experience mentoring junior staff
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
• Proficient in Xero, Microsoft and cloud-based compliance systems
