We are seeking a Physiotherapist to work on a permanent basis in a private practice in north Sydney About the Role You will be working with a varied musculoskeletal caseload, with the opportunity to:
- Manage and progress acute and chronic MSK conditions
- Design and implement exercise-based rehabilitation programs Incorporate movement-based rehab into patient care
- Run small group Clinical / Reformer Pilates classes (if of interest)
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team With a multidisciplinary team across Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Chiropractic, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Remedial Massage, and Clinical & Reformer Pilates, this is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, referral-driven environment.
- There is strong internal referral and existing patient demand, allowing you to quickly build a full and consistent caseload.

Remuneration
- We offer a percentage-based contractor model: 60% of turnover + performance incentives
- Based on current clinic performance, Physiotherapists typically achieve: $113K – $183K+ (invoiced) (Seeing ~35–45 patients per week on average)
About You
- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist 2+ years experience in private practice
- Confident managing a musculoskeletal caseload
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Motivated to build and maintain a consistent caseload
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team Experience in Clinical Pilates is a bonus, but not essential.
