The Role:

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Responsibility for a diverse portfolio of clients, across a range of industries: mainly SME, focusing on the servicing, development, and maintenance of these client portfolios
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and underwriters
  • Sourcing and securing new clients

 Skills and Experience

  • A very strong understanding of Broking and demonstrated experience working within an insurance brokerage
  • Exceptional client service skills as the company takes pride in delivering the best client service
  • Tier 1 compliant or a Diploma of Insurance broking- (Essential)
  • Demonstrable account management skills, with a track record and industry reputation.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Sound Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Sunrise are desirable
  • Ability to work professionally and autonomously under pressure, and within a team environment whilst focusing on the importance of client servicing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Qualifications

  • Tier 1 compliant or a Diploma of Insurance broking- (Essential Criteria)
